Meanwhile, in another part of France, I'll like to inform you that normality has been restored, and rather than - as it looked like might happen for a few days - a Swede winning the GC in Loir et Cher, it was won by a Dane.
A Norwegian won the final stage.
UAE just ride all Italian races, maybe because of their Lampre roots? Points too, maybe, but it's not like they're riding all races in France and Spain.Although there is some other race in Belgium, all eyes will be on the 87th Giro della Romagna (back after 13 years absence), Lugo to Castrocaro Terme e Terra del Sole (1.1 the only races worth watching!) 196 km, start 11.00 CET, TV from ... ?

UAE are here for more UCI points I suppose, but they seem to have a lot of kiddies so it could be interesting.

Finishing laps and finish - a little lumpy -
Definitely because of their Lampre roots. They have good connection with all race organizers + many of their sport directors are Italians.UAE just ride all Italian races, maybe because of their Lampre roots? Points too, maybe, but it's not like they're riding all races in France and Spain.
Meanwhile Marc Hirschi is furious that he's been sent to that small race in Belgium instead of having the chance to shine in the great Giro della Romagna.Looks like highlights of the Giro della Romagna today are on RAI
Giro della Romagna in differita su Rai Sport oggi alle 22:20 (hopefully someone uploads them online later too)

Morgado wins for UAE and Bou comes second for Euskaltel (and looks like he's just been stung by a bee!)

I hope they have a nice lawsuit lawyerHaven't seen any pictures from the race yet (Rai is slow to upload currently) but apparently there was a bad crash with 200m to go as a moto missed the deviation and instead parked on the finishing straight.
Mikel Iturria was brought to hospital with "several fractures and a minor head injury", but is "out of danger" now, according to Spanish media.

Honestly, after looking at the startlist, I thought it was kind of disappointing for UAE only to get first and second. I expected three or four of them to ride away from the peloton together, Gewiss-style.Really exciting that a team has the ambition to not only suffocate the Tour de France, but suffocate every race including my local pubcrawl too
Well, whatever the picture was supposed to represent, Sunday 28th is the Famenne Ardenne Classic (1.1 the only races worth watching!) 195 km, from Marche-en-Famenne to Marche-en-Famenne (yes, it's a loop and with circuits) start at 12.05 CET, TV from 15.00 CET

Finish is uphill -
This was the race last year (in October) famously won by a one-legged De Lie, so will he use both legs this time?!
What trick does he have in store for us this time?
