The only info we have is brain wave activity when some of us use our deductive reasoning skills.

So, the only way LA would know Levi was truthful to the GJ is if it was leaked, or Levi went and blabbed about it? I would imagine when approached or over the course of the past year, the color of the elephant in the room became pretty obvious.

He spoke to USADA and obtained himself immunity in return for information. No doping suspension for Levi in exchange for some choice information about the good ole days.

It makes me think about 2009 when Leipheimer was interviewed at the Tour and he was so smug when asked about Contador not following team orders.

I wonder how he feels now about choosing the side he did, hindsight being 20/20 and all.

The intimidation of a federal witness who gave grand jury testimony under a grant of immunity can extend the statute of limitations. All together now, say "Cache cache." It's an ongoing effort to conceal a crime. Lance f***ed himself over to an amazing degree. Such a chump.

I very much doubt that.
Perhaps some immunity from the Feds but the rules of USADA only allow a reduction in such circumstances, not immunity.

And everything Dr. Seuss wrote appealed to many different intellectual levels at the same time, from simple children being amused to Lit Phds deconstructing the literary significance of the subtle nuances.
