Dr Ferrari - can say the same things he always said - just used him for sports science training and he is the best in the world hence he charges a very high price. Wheres the evidence saying Ferrari def sold him drugs?

Hamilton/Landis- known liers. took money off people to pursue there false legal cases. No credibility at all.

Emma O'reilly - her word against his, will be able to through enough **** on her. Again no solid evidence apart from words. From what I can pick up shes had a horrible time since being involved with the Walsh book.

Frankie/Betsy - only two people their who have testified to hearing the hospital chats. Everyone else present deny's hearing it (although it is Armstrongs inner circle) Enough to discredit them.
Betsy is also down on numerous records saying she hates LAnce - stupid woman

Stephanie Mclvaine has created her own problem. Its not lances problem she lied, he had nothing to do with that. (Ofcourse he did, but thats what hell say)

Selling trek bikes - thats where corporate america will still protect him.

I think that the "hate" you are talking about came from Mr. Armstrong. When he was asked to explain why Betsy snitched him off, he said she did it because she hates him. I've never read anything from Ms. Andreu that corroborates Mr Armstrong's statement. Lance's "hate" explanation is pretty weak. It's difficult to imagine that Ms. Andreu perjured herself (risked jail) just to lie about Lance.

I think your right about the hate coming from Lances camp. Its mentioned a good few times on the recording Frankie andreu took with Bart Knaggs. Also difficult to imagine she perjured herself, just playing devils advocate about possibilities he may use to defend himself.

You are right . Everybody should remember everything that everybody says during stays in the hospital even if while you are there you are doped to the gills, tired and sick.
Had Betsy and all the wonder brains just said I am not sure or I don't remember we would all have a slightly different outcome. Armstrong would still get the loot and Frankie and Betsy would be at lots of BBQs.

The idea of a federal doping prosecution is pretty ridiculous. They didn't prosecute Tammy Thomas, Barry Bonds, or Roger Clemens for doping. There's no chance Lance is going to get prosecuted for doping. Like Tyler says: Lance wasn't doing anything the other Posties weren't doing. If there is a federal criminal prosecution involving doping, it's got to be a fraud prosecution.

I doubt Armstrong would face perjury, because he'll almost surely take the 5th when called before the GJ.

If the Tailwind principals all take the 5th, it is going to be very hard for the feds to prove a conspiracy. The feds need a weak link among the tailwind management. No sign of one at this time. Bet Lance and Weasel have rewarded them lavishly?
