In todays Verdens gang, a norwegian newspaper, there is an article about EBH that says that his stomach problems has finally been solved. For thoose who don't know, EBH usually get problems with his stomach in very long stages, which is one of the reasons why he hasn't performed as well as one would think.

In both MSR and RVV he was there in the end, but even with his stomach problems solved, he still need to improve a bit if he wants to truly challange for the win. Tomorrow we will see if EBH takes that further step.

This is the simply the stupidest logic in a post I've read in some time.

Also, the way Flecha imploded after 200k (or whatever it was) at Flanders, I'm not counting on him being up there at the end. Doubt riding Scheldeprijs will make that much difference. Hope I'm wrong.

1) it will rain, and be ugly at times.
2) riders will do dumb things & crash.
3) spectators, support vehicles, etc. will do dumb things and cause crashes.
4) the course will be dangerous in places and result in crashes because of the large number of riders trying to 'be in the same place at the same time'.
5) the winner will be the rider who is the most Lucky (and perhaps Smart) Strong Survivor.

I hope there are no serious injuries.

Hushovd has no form. It would be weird if he all of a sudden went from no form to winning Paris-Roubaix. The Ronde was only a week ago...

Yeah, it's not exactly a big list that would beat him from a regular bunch sprint. Marking someone means sticking on their wheel when they attack - what's the point of doing that to a guy who's gong to beat you in the sprint.
