Definitely a power course... look at the difference between Brand, as non-technical as they come, and Pieterse, who doesn't like long power climbs.Going by the first lap of the women's race, it now seems to be more of a power course; I don't think it's going to suit Pidcock.
Great win for Van Anrooij even without the mechanical I don't think Pieterse would have won, these long hard climbs were too much for her. Backstedt was superb today, maybe next year she will be already ready to fight for the win in some courses.
