Sue the woman? Fine. Yet the law and state justice aren't about faida-style vengence, but indeed justice. By contrast, practically calling for her head, as some have been doing, is a perverse and demented summons for cruelty and a gross violation of the principle upon which a modern dispensing of justice at court is based, namely an unbiased and reasoned application of the law. One which, furthermore, doesn't seek to inflict undue punishment with the sole aim of causing severe pain, suffering and hardship, the antithesis of moden legal practice that only pertains to a more barbarous and cruel era best relegated to the past.
