If the jury could relegate Skjelmose yesterday, there shouldn't be much doubt about relegating Philipsen today.

Skjelmose clipped a wheel moving over, that's the difference.

Bettiol on the other hand I didn't get got relegated.

The only problem yesterday was a bunch of riders not knowing how to navigate a (reduced) bunch sprint. Skjelmose did nothing wrong.

That's the organizers fault. Philipsen wen't right after coming off MVDP's wheel, but he could at that point, then when he hits the barriers, he left a lane until the inconsistency in the barriers shut that lane. Philipsen deserves the win.
