Here's the setup Vingegaard used during the recon this morning. I guess it's likely to be the same for the race - there's not much point in stripping off the paint for the recon only, at least.

If it was under 23, a grand total of 14 riders would have been eligible, instead of the 47 it is now. This is a big part of the reason why I don't think it makes sense to change the age requirements for the white jersey. Thanks god the White jersey is under 25 so we can have a nice battle for something at least.
If it was under 23, we wouldn't even have that.
It was. Chamrousse is a much longer and harder climb than Peyragudes.Yeah, that was my thinking except, no way Vinge ships a minute, I think Chamrousse was longer, wasn't it?
I think Vingegaard's demise is slightly exaggerated. For a long time yesterday he was almost a minute ahead of the other GC guys. Think it was just a slight case of O'Connor syndrome and that he'll be somewhat comfortably clear of the rest today.Pogi will be the obvious winner pushing 0.5 w/kg more than the second but I can see Remco and Lipo beating Vingegaard.
First time in how long it's competitive? And even then it's the exact same as the battle for 3rd.If it was under 23, a grand total of 14 riders would have been eligible, instead of the 47 it is now. via TV2.dk. Pogi indeed did a recon in May, though (on the road bike)
I hope you're right but I don't know; he looked like Death himself coming over the line yesterday, he went really really deep it seems. Trying to stay with Pog's initial attack just killed him; Lipo on the other hand had some real forward momentum on the climb and seemed a lot fresher afterwards. Remco, don't know about him, we'll see. I know I'm going against the grain but I'm kind of glad this is a short TT given yesterday and what is to come tomorrow.I think Vingegaard's demise is slightly exaggerated. This would not be surprising to me but I'm really hoping Remco isn't that far off.Pog
+ 0:40 Lipowitz
+ 0:55 Jonas
+ 1:30 Remco
Roglic was shown on the finish line camera coming up and that was it really. Didn’t even really see much of him on the climb especially after Lipo left.At least it's an ITT so Pog can't monopolise so much camera time.
Did I blink or did the TV miss Roglic finish yesterday?
I was clicking through the moto cameras a bit yesterday (available online via the French broadcaster), and Vauquelin and Remco only caught him inside the final ~km. So he must have been pretty empty in the end to still lose that much.Roglic was shown on the finish line camera coming up and that was it really. They didn't show him between him being with Johanessen and then him finishing 35s after Evenepoel somehowAt least it's an ITT so Pog can't monopolise so much camera time.

Honestly the main story should by how *** Vingegaard was.Are the fans and the media genuinely surprised about what Pogacar did yesterday, or is it just the usual ritual?

So the jury adapted the time limit to 40% already?
Why are they being so pathetic again
Any ideas for Jonas' performance this year? He's clearly an immense talent who isn't himself right now.Day two of crash for Pog, taking more edge off - Another rubbish sleep, they add up. Jonas is at his worst climbing level in years and after a shocking flat TT I don't think this stage will go well for him.
Pog still to win, but not crazy, and who will get second will be interesting.
