there's is something about him on the mainpage, it's from an interview with wn.de. He is still hoping to find a good team and to have a proper race schedule

I see him in a team like IAM or NetApp - Endura but obviously they don't have room for additional riders.

there is plenty of room in both teams, but if they were interested in signing him they could have done it months ago.

Edit: or do you mean moneywise?

Why should Netapp spend big money to a fully overrated non talented rider like Linus "I'm not a bad cyclist I'm just riding clean" Gerdemann?

A guy like Barta shouldn't cost nearly as much as Gerdemann should want to earn, but is earning much better results for sure!

This is great. Even if he isn't a GT contender anymore he's more than capable of getting results in basically every non flat race.

Rumour: Rodriguez + Moreno + Florencio + Vicioso + Losada to Lampre.

(I cannot give you the source)

Why not?...
Pretty much what I expected (purito to Katusha), but this would give Lampre 31 riders. Isn't the limit 30 and they can have a couple neos?

Edit: just remembered they do have a few neos, so they probably have enough room for Puritos helpers.

They have 26 riders if you include Scarponi (3 neo's) so they 1 rider to many for all 5 I think. Without Scarponi it would be 25.

@ AFrank
Someone told me and I cant tell who. Anyway its also on twitter now (probably also before I posted it here). But as said its a rumour.

so Lampre is getting ready to ditch Scarponi, free up some cash and space and hire J-Rod and his entourage?

Lets see, Cunego and Ferrari for the Giro, J-Rod to snatch a podium and a GT win in the remaining two 3 weeks circus. Pozatto to try and hang onto Boonen and Cancellara in the cobbles races.

Sounds like a viable deal.

They way he does the Tour he'd be better off letting Rodriguez lead it, besides Cunego's best work has been as a domestique, Giro 2004 was as Simoni's domestique and he won it.
