He wanted to get in the break, he’s in the break. He’s already taken 4 minutes back, only another 23 to go. Anyone who can’t support this daring effort is a hater and a loser. If Remco really wanted to get in the break, then he should have had at least one teammate with him.
He has teammates in the break.OK I'm back to the race just for a short while.
Can't quite get Julius Johansen. Is he in need of trying to prove anything to his team? Why not just drop bak instantly saving energy required for remaining hard part?
OK have to leave again, must close eyes and ears and will watch last part undisturbed tonite.
I think i can predict with a bit of certainty Movistar won’t be attacking anyone on a descent so it would have to be UAE.Ayuso likely emptied himself on stage 13. So it would be rather naive to believe he can crack JV on this stage. Likely best to try again in week 3, when Almeida will be healthy. For Mas i don't know. He is rather experienced GT rider. Like Rogla he might have left something in the tank. Some team might try something on the descents. Not missing that could make sense. We'll see.
I find it hard to call Cattaneo a warrior when the guy just relies on his powermeter and rides his wattages...Remco Evenepol and mattia cattaneo 2 warriors of our sport.
Launch Soler probablyWhat is the plan, UAE?
Remcomeback. Jumbo are toast.
Yes, use the patented tactic of giving up, pleasedoes UAE actually think they have a chance today? What in the world are they doing?
