I'm not making any comment on aru himself, the climb wasn't particularly fast or anything though he was very good.
But I noticed that since he woke up today he's identified pantani as his childhood hero, contador as his present one and scarponi as his mentor.

I know you are probably joking but Grappa is longer, also its not as steep as ALpe so high VAM is more difficult.

I know you are probably joking but Grappa is longer, also its not as steep as ALpe so high VAM is more difficult.

The gradient for both climbs is quite similar (%8.1 vs %8) but there is definitely a big difference between 55 minutes vs 37.5 minutes effort.

He's probably cleans though
