They however seem to be a bit slower than the best European espoirs. Maybe compareable to Stefano Museeuw, who is not (yet) the level of his father…
Savelii Laptev, now that's an interesting Kazach prospect. He will for always be the only junior in history to beat Antonio Morgado on his own soil.
