This is the classic thing they do now. They try to ruin the thread to blackmail the mods in banning me. Sadly it works. RaceRadio is particularly good at this. He often lists a set of lies that tries to bait me into responding.

RaceRadio has nothing to say on the issue. Not one post of substance on this matter.

You're right that it does not raise Hct too much. It is used to stop it dropping off rather than raising it. Altitude training would possibly be even better.

The point is, micro dosing alone is not going to give someone a huge dramatic improvement in performance. Every little helps though.

Nobody but a troll would claim that Microdosing would produce a "Huge Dramatic Improvement" . Blood transfusions do. If you don't want your off score to go crazy when you slam a bag of blood you need EPO to force the body to make new cells.

I don't think they are IP banning him. I think that originally they were relying on the admin to do bans, the admin was not too keen to do forum maintenance, and then gave user ban privileges to one or more of the mods. That is why he can quickly reregister as another user.

this guy's trolling of this forum is some of the most persistent and annoying I've seen, but it's because people cannot leave it alone

with most forum software you can publish the IP as someone posts, enabling something like that would give people the chance to realise if the a change of tactic means the first post catches them out

Bradley compares old team he treats badly to Wigan, a mid level Premiership football club, so in return he is call Wigans as he is a mid level Tour contender. Pretty funny stuff actually.

No, they won't, not the true whackjobs. I have given the example of Mike Vandeman, who has been trolling MTB newgroups for about fifteen years. These guys have mental problems. They won't go away.

Another example is Tom Morris, AKA Flyer and about two dozen other names. When banned from cyclingforums, he found he a flaw in the software allowed him to make posts that were not visible to anyone but they would raise the thread to the top of the thread list. He then spent about eight months bumping old threads nearly every day to disrupt the forum. It only stopped when the admin, who had been AWOL for a while, came back and fixed the software.

Again, I did not say EPO is not as good as altitude training. I said mirco dosing EPO is about the same. RaceRadio only gave one example of why EPO is used. It is also used to maintain the crit level through a tour.
